System Function

Realize automatic feeding and automatic handling of the sealing ring under the module; realize automatic picking up of a single module, precise positioning, and tighten and fix the screws with controllable torque.

 

Working Principle

The high-precision vibrating plate realizes the automatic feeding of the sealing ring. The sealing ring and a single module are grasped by the 4-axis manipulator and the gripper, and the visual positioning is precise, and the screw is tightened and fixed by the controllable torque.
