Working Principle | |
The terminals are bent & cut by high-precision punching dies. The manipulator picks and cuts the terminals and cleans them and implants them into the carrier. The carrier is conveyed through the circular line. After the six-axis manipulator grabs the four-cavity terminals in place, they are put into the carrier through the ground track. The mold is injected. After the completion, the six-axis manipulator puts the finished product into the transfer carrier, and then the four-axis manipulator puts the finished product from the transfer carrier into the ring carrier for air tightness test, OS test, CCD detection size, and finally the four-axis manipulator carries out the good product tray packaging. |
