System Function

Realize standard lens components; combined cylinders; mirror polarizing prisms; automatic positioning and UV curing of large mirrors.

 

Working Principle

The shell positioning is realized through axis control, the output of the light source is controlled, and the spot size and position of the beam on the screen meet the requirements through the detection of the spot. Pre-fix and adjust the X, Y, and Z angles to make the prism accurately positioned and UV dispenser to cure.
